SCSI System for Macintosh.


Your Macintosh computer can now be used as a full feature multichannel analyzer with this innovative product from Spectrum Techniques. This advanced system includes all the necessary components to perform many experiments including gamma ray spectroscopy and half-life studies.

Constructed in a fully shielded metal enclosure, the Universal Computer Spectrometer contains a 1024 channel MCA with 4x1024 channel memory buffers, computer controlled high voltage supply, amplifier and discriminators, multichannel scaling and a SCSI interface for communicating with the Mac. Direct inputs are also included for other applications when using external electronics such as NIM modules.

The system is supplied complete with a NaI(Tl) detector, shield and stand,a set of 8 radioisotope gamma sources, all necessary cables, MCA software with ISOMATCH peak identification and a manual of experiments in gamma spectroscopy.
