How To Order
The documents and information required to place an order will be different for U.S. customers and international customers.
Spectrum Techniques does not accept orders via phone. All orders must be in writing.
Ordering Methods
To place an order, use one of the following methods:
- Purchase Order
- Order Form
To use our order form, follow these steps:
- Download and save a copy of the order form to your computer.
- Complete the order form and save it.
- Attach the completed order form to an email and send it to orders@spectrumtechniques.com.
- If you do not get a confirmation email, your order has not been received.
When ordering via email, please be sure to include: shipping address, billing address, contact name, phone number, and email address.
Payment Methods
Prepayment may be required for any new customers or customers without a Customer ID.
To pay for an order, use one of the following methods
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express)
- Check
- ACH Transfer
To pay via credit card, complete our credit card authorization form and include it with your order. If you are uncomfortable providing this information by email, it can be provided by phone – only once your order has been submitted.
When paying via check or ACH transfer, include our quote number or invoice number. ACH information will only be provided upon request.

There will be an additional $35.00 for payment via wire transfer.
When paying via check, wire transfer, or ACH transfer, include our quote number or invoice number. ACH information will only be provided upon request.
Prior Approval Requirements
International regulations will vary from country to country. Your local regulations may require you to receive prior authorization in order to import our sources into your country.
Spectrum Techniques will require the following documents (confirmation the sources can be imported) prior to shipping.
- Authorization to Import Form
- A copy of your country’s import license/permit
Failure to comply may result in additional shipping and/or storage costs incurred for packages not permitted to enter the country. These costs will be at the customer’s expense.
End-User Screening
All customers with foreign “Ship-To” addresses will have their information cross-checked with the “Consolidated Screening List” (available via the BIS web site) to validate that the customer/end-user is not:
- In a restricted Country (i.e. on the Nonproliferation Sanction List)
- On the Denied Persons List
- On Debarred List (i.e. not allowed to order defense articles)
- On the Specially Designated Nationals List
Spectrum Techniques will require the following document completed prior to shipping.
