System Components

SPA38 – NaI(Tl) SCINTILLATION DETECTOR ASSEMBLY

The SPA38, complete scintillation detector assembly includes our SDA38, NaI(Tl) scintillation detector, a 3 ft BNC cable, a 3ft MHV cable, a 10 position sample stand, a lead shield, and a sample tray.

RSS8

The RSS8 contains eight different gamma emitting isotopes covering the entire energy range from 32 keV to 1333 keV.

UCS30 Specifications

AVAILABLE IN THREE DIFFERENT MODELS

The UCS30 is available in three different models, each with a different number of channels of conversion gain  – 1024 (1K), 2048 (2K), and 4096 (4K).

AUTO CALIBRATE USING A CS-137 SOURCE

The UCS30 includes an auto-calibrate feature that automatically sets the HV and amplifier gain to 1 keV/channel using a Cs-137 source.

OPERATES WITH SPECTRUM TECHNIQUES' UCX SOFTWARE

The UCS30 uses Spectrum Techniques’ UCX software, as well as Spectrum Techniques’ unique isotope identification feature – ISOMATCH. Which allows the user to quickly check a spectrum and visually identify the emission components for each nuclide present.
