Instrument Return for Repair

How Does the Process Work?

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is not required to send instruments in for repair. However, we do require:

  • The Instrument Information Form below be completed and submitted.
  • A copy of the Instrument Information Form placed in each box with the instrument(s) to be shipped (a copy of this form will be sent to the email address provided).

NOTE: If appropriate documentation is not included, the repair may be delayed.

Once we receive your instrument, our technician will diagnose the problem and contact you with a no-charge repair estimate and request your approval to proceed.

When the repair has been completed, we will email you an invoice so that you can either issue a purchase order or pay by credit card.

Once we have received payment, we will package your instrument(s) and return them to you via the shipping method selected.
